Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. For this reason, we apply a clear and transparent cancellation policy.

30% Deposit

When confirming a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for or date of cancellation.

Cancellation of the Remaining 70%

The following conditions apply to the remaining amount of the reservation: More than 60 days before arrival If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, the remaining 70% will be refunded in full. Between 45 and 30 days before arrival If the reservation is cancelled between 45 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the remaining amount will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded. Less than 30 days before arrival If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the remaining 70% is non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional and special circumstances, the owner/manager may, at their sole discretion and as a goodwill gesture, decide to grant a full or partial refund. Any such refund is only possible with the explicit approval of the owner/manager. This is an exceptional decision and does not constitute an automatic right to a refund.

No-show and Early Departure

In the event of a no-show or if the guest chooses to leave the property before the end of the stay, no refund of the remaining amount will be provided.

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend that guests take out suitable travel and cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unexpected circumstances that may result in cancellation. The date on which we receive the written cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date.
